Surprise someone with a gift from Sterre Rose Beauty? Shop online, and have the order gift-wrapped at no extra cost. You can have the order shipped directly to the recipient, an invoice won't be included. Optional: leave a personal message in the NOTES section at checkout to include a handwritten card.
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item.
Sterre Rose Beauty ships worldwide, and offers shipping with Track & Trace. Shipping fees depend on destination, and complimentary shipping is available.
Shipping schedule & tracking
You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Orders placed before 2pm CEST will be shipped out on the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm CEST on Friday ship on Monday. Orders placed on a holiday will ship first day after service resumes.

European ship times are approximately 2-8 business days but can vary based on delivery country. Worldwide shipping may take up to two weeks. All duties and taxes will be paid by the customer upon receipt.
If a package is refused or a wrong address is given, the carrier will return the package and we will refund your product, less the round trip shipping costs.
