SHIPPING 

Domestic shipping
PostNL orders ship within 2 business days

   orders under €50: €5.75 shipping
   orders from €50: free shipping

Shipping schedule
Orders placed before 1pm CET will be shipped out on the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm EST on Friday have a ship date of Monday. Orders placed on a holiday will ship first day after service resumes for delivery next day.

You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

International shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs depend on destination. 

European ship times are approximately 2-8 business days but can vary based on delivery country. Worldwide shipping may take up to two weeks. All duties and taxes will be paid by the customer upon receipt.

Undeliverable packages
If a package is refused or a wrong address is given, the carrier will return the package and we will refund your product, less the round trip shipping costs.

RETURNS

At Sterre Rose Beauty we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item(s), you have 14 days upon receiving your parcel to return your item(s).

Please send the unused item(s) in its original and unused condition. Items with any packaging opened, removed or adjusted in any way cannot be accepted for returnsSterre Rose Beauty reserves the right to deny a refund on returned products if item(s) have been used or damaged in anyway.

Unfortunately it is not possible for us to accept returns on items that may have triggered an allergic reaction. It is the customers responsibility to be aware of any allergies or sensitivities they may have. In general we may advise to try the products first on the wrist. 

Return and handling shipping costs on exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Please be sure that your package is traceable and prepaid.

You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment, when your return is approved. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to process.

To return your item(s) please follow the below steps:
1. Please email us at webshop@sterrerosebeauty.com with your order number and the product(s) you'd like to return, and we'll help you place the return.
2. Place the item(s) you are returning and the included form in the shipping mailer.
3. Ship package to the following address:

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item.
