Sterre Rose Beauty covers part of the domestic shipping fees, standard on each order. On orders from €75 the shipping costs are fully covered.
You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Orders placed before 12pm CET will be shipped out on the same working day. Orders placed after 12pm CET on Friday ship on Monday. Orders placed on a holiday will ship first day after service resumes.

European ship times are approximately 2-8 business days but can vary based on delivery country. Worldwide shipping may take up to two weeks. All duties and taxes will be paid by the customer upon receipt.
Surprise someone with a gift from Sterre Rose Beauty? Shop online, and have the order gift-wrapped at no extra cost. You can have the order shipping directly to the recipient, the invoice won't be included. Optional: leave a personal message for the recipient in the 'NOTES' section at checkout to include a handwritten card.
Discover another Japanese Beauty product, each order comes with a free sample of one the Japanese Beauty products in our portfolio. Do you have a special sample request? Leave your preference in the 'NOTES' section and we'll do our best to meet your request.
If a package is refused or a wrong address is given, the carrier will return the package and we will refund your product, less the round trip shipping costs.
At Sterre Rose Beauty we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item(s), you have 14 days upon receiving your parcel to return your item(s). Find here more information on the returns process.
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item.
