Shipping schedule & tracking
You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking number as soon as your package ships. We endeavour to dispatch your order on the same or next business day. Orders placed on a holiday will ship first day after service resumes.

International Shipping
We ship internationally. Shipping costs depend on destination.
International schedule & tracking
European ship times are approximately 2-8 business days but varies based on delivery country. Intercontinental shipping may take up to three weeks. Any duties and taxes to be paid by the customer upon receipt.

Undeliverable packages
If a parcel is refused or a wrong address is given, the carrier will return the parcel and we will refund your product(s), less the round trip shipping costs.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product, we advise to place a new order for the product you want, before returning your original purchase. This ensures that your exchange product is on stock. When we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned product(s).
Returns
At Sterre Rose Beauty we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you changed your mind or are not satisfied with your product(s), you have 14 days upon receiving your parcel to return your product(s).
